Description
The EX-SQR intrinsically safe limiter works with SQUEALER and SQR controllers as a module protecting the input of a single MAX, OILER or SLUDO sensor. Required for installations in an explosive atmosphere, for example for oil separators.
Construction of the device
The electronics of the EX-SQR limiter are placed in a hermetically sealed housing. It has two 10-pin connectors (male and female), enabling plugging into the socket on the controller board.
Installation and commissioning
The intrinsically safe limiter is installed inside the SQUEALER / SQR controller, in the place marked with the EX-SQR symbol. Before that, the factory-installed jumper on the pins of the socket should be removed
Connection should only be made with disconnected power supply.
Instructions for safe use
The device should be used in accordance with its intended use. Please read its instructions before installing. Its technical condition should be checked. Make sure that there is no mechanical damage. During maintenance work, the device must be disconnected from the power supply.
Controls and reviews
